- This antibody reacts with Cdw75, a cell surface sialoglycan that is neuraminidase sensitive. Cdw75 has a function in all adhesion and is the ligand for CD22.

Application Notes

Immunofluorescence: 5-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.
Immunoblotting: 1-5 ug/mL.
Immunohistochemistry: 5-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen cryostat sections as well as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation is buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 5-10 mg/mL in IHC. -
